Hamda SaΓ―d (arabisch Ψ­Ω…Ψ―Ψ© سعيد, DMG αΈ€amda SaΚΏΔ«d) (* 10. Juni 1940 in Beni Khiar, Tunesien; † 2. Oktober 2025) war ein tunesischer islamischer Rechtsgelehrter und Imam. Er war von 2013 bis 2015 als Nachfolger von Othman Batikh Mufti der Republik, die hΓΆchste muslimische AutoritΓ€t in seinem Land. Dabei war seine Ernennung aus mehreren GrΓΌnden umstritten: Einerseits wurde ihm seine NΓ€he zur Partei des 2011 gestΓΌrzten Diktators Zine el-Abidine Ben Ali vorgeworfen, andererseits hatte er sich in den 1990er Jahren positiv zur Polygamie geΓ€ußert, die im sΓ€kular organisierten Tunesien verboten ist.cite-ref-1[1] Er war Imam der Moschee im Stadtzentrum von Beni Khiar, Nabeul. 2016 wurde sein VorgΓ€nger Othman Batikh auch sein Nachfolger.
